What’s next?

And so I found myself boarding the plane from WA one last time. After 1½ years of FIFO life it was time to go back home for good. Back to the big smoke, back to vibrant Sydney and its city-life ways: the constant rushing and running around. Even though I’ll miss the desert, I’m glad to be back with my family, and a challenging new role at work.

Until my next BIG adventure, my plan is to explore the East Coast as much as I can. My aim is to target National Parks, dirt roads, and towns and communities that are ‘off the beaten track.’ I’m not very interested in touristy routes: the more remote and ‘unique’ the better!
